The Context
Digital technology, public health orders, the need for increased efficiency, effectiveness and profitability, internet availability, smart devices, made the learning context one that requires a tech savvy user. Additionally, machine learning made the requirements for inputting information in a robust and precise way. The opportunity to ask questions lies primarily with virtual assistants but their answers are according to the dictionary they have been endowed with.
